With so many treatments to cure hot flashes available today, no woman should need to go through the discomfort that they bring. Only a visit to your doctor will be able to tell you if a specific treatment is right for you. Natural is always the best route to take in regards to your body, but don't be afraid to ask your doctor for something more.
