During the initial stages of these technologies there were certain limitations imposed on the users such as, the users could write characters only within a limited value and also to only a few other mobiles. This type of text messaging was very expensive during those times. Slowly, with the invention of the internet and the e-mailing system, things again became simple and easy. Then came the system of online chatting with numerous users. This was very easy and also allowed the user to have long chats with the other users at a very low price. Sending and receiving messages was very easy and fast and so, it became the most highly used type of communication. Nowadays, you also have the various types of online software which allow you to send and receive unlimited number of messages free of cost. But there is only one restriction to this use which is, that the receiver should also have the same connection on the other end. All you need to do is to get registered by providing your email id, and the phone number of the receiver. But while using these text messaging technologies, you should be very careful and prefer selecting the more reliable sites.
