Property in Poland Top for Overseas Property Investment

Overseas property investment has a clear front runner. Poland is currently leading the way in terms of returns from property investment. In April this year prices rose on average by 11.3 percent. Other emerging property markets are not acheiving these figures and so Poland is leading the way.

The overseas property investment field is so wide now, there is a lot of choice with new markets opening up. Investors are always looking for a new area where prices are rising. Poland looks like it will sustain it's price rises for some time yet.

Many people may not know much about Poland or its property. However the people that do know about the strength of the property market are often well researched overseas property investors who have made an investment in Poland and acheived excellent returns.

*local Polish people have benefited from the openeing up of the Polish mortgage market, it is simpler to obain a mortgage in Poland than it has been.

*overseas property investment in Poland has been made easier as it is simpler for a foreigner to get a mortgage.

*more employment and prospects will be brought to the country with the decision to award the 2012 European Football Championships to Poland.

*disposable income in Poland is rising year by year.

Poland is attracting ever greater numbers of overseas property investors ready to reap the rewards of a rapidly growing market. The property market is moving fast however so investors need to move quickly to get the best deal possible.
