RC Planes Have Advanced Significantly Over The Years

There's nothing like spending a sunny afternoon in the park or standing in a wide open field and flying RC planes. Although this type of technology has been around since 1893, the first RC plane wasn't created until the 1930s. They have come a long way since then. The types of models resemble many of the smaller two-person planes that are generally used for personal use. These are an excellent source of entertainment for both adults and children. There are types of RC airplanes geared towards all ages.

Technology has become so advanced, that many of these planes are able to keep from crashing to the ground. This is due to the ACT or Anti-Crash Technology that is added to each model as a safety feature.

Many of the more intricate models of airplanes greatly benefit from this anti-crash mechanism. If it didn't exist, it would be very easy to have these delicate planes smashed to bits upon impact with the ground. Also, this technology makes it possible for even a novice to fly these miniature planes.

When the ACT is turned on, the sensors are able to detect when the airplane is entering a dive. This mechanism will correct the position of the plane and give the person controlling it plenty of time to regain control.

Once the controls of the plane have been mastered, the Anti-Crash Technology is able to be switched off. By turning off the ACT, the plane will have much more maneuverability.

Anything that can be used to steer a larger plane can also be controlled on an RC plane. This realistic feel is what makes these so enjoyable to fly.

These are perfect for people who love the way planes fly, but don't wish to actually be in the cockpit. RC airplanes are also great for individuals who can't seem to get enough of flying planes. Due to the small size, radio-controlled planes have a little battery that will only allow for a short amount of time, usually around 10 minutes.

There is one other feature that is found on some RC planes, but it takes great mastery over the controls to accomplish this feat. Some radio-controlled airplanes are able to be flown at night. Since the Anti-Crash Technology won't work in the dark, flying the plane is made even more difficult. It is very easy to lose control over the RC aircraft when maneuvering it in the darkness.
