Google has stated that a large percentage of the searches on thier engine are for people search/background check. Free background checks have become the rage lately.
In the last six months thousands of free background check sites have sprung up on the Internet. A few of these sites offer a good service but most are just junk.
I have spent the last two weeks searching for the perfect service. This search has provided me with a few sites that I want to recommend to all the amatuer detectives.
Whitepages.com is my first. This site let's you search names, phone numbers and addresses of your subjects. The site is basically an online yellowpages and is very current.
The number two site is Spock.com. This site allows you to search all the major social networking sites straight from the home page. This gives you some great results.
This site comes to you highly recommended. This is a perfect service to complement the other two. This service allows you to conduct your own free background checks. It has millions of records and will even notify you if someone is searching for your personal information. Free Background Check.
