Ten conditions for a person to have a heart attack.

There are various ways or reasons that causes heart attacks, many are still unknown. There are also a number of well known factors from the lifestyle that can cause heart attack. Listed below are the my own list of top ten reason to have a heart attack.

10. Smokes. The most harmful factor for our cardiovascular system and especially our heart is smoking. Smoking clogs the arteries and often raises the blood pressure. The risk of a heart attack increases two times than compared to a person who is a non smoker.

9. Drinking too much or even less. Consumption of one drink a day which amounts to about twelve ounces of beer, five of wine or 1.5 of hard liquor does provides protection to your heart, but anything more than that or even less is simply non effective. So, if you drink to much you might be putting your heart in a serious risk because alcohol does raises your blood pressure and do have many negative affects for the human body.

7. Getting angry. Trust me, basically getting angry could raise your chances to have a heart attack, and it is as dangerous as any health related causes. Getting angry for long periods results in the rise of blood pressure and thus can lead you for a heart attack.

6. Losing control of your cholesterol. Eating saturated fats, especially trans saturated fats, consuming too many calories, and eating foods that are not rich in nutrients can cause your cholesterol to go up, which can make you much more likely to have a heart attack in time.

5. Feeling stress out. Stress is the main reason which often leads for a heart disease, by getting stressed out on a regular basis and for an extensive time could raise your blood pressure and then lead to heart diseases and heart attacks.
