The New Beverly Hills Diet

So there is a lot of talk about what is the New Beverly Hills diet. This is a diet that is based on studies about eating the right food at the right time. The people that have come up with this diet state that the problems with weight gain come when we adopted the three square meals a day life style. They also say that you have to stop combining carbohydrate with proteins and fruit with anything. The way the doctors have put it is the fact that it's not what you eat that makes fat. It's based on when you eat, and what you eat it with. So who is this diet good for? This is a diet that is good for people that like positive reinforcements and are very fond of fruit. By having these things together you can make sure that you whip your body into shape faster than any other diet out there on the market.

There are three basic rules to what you can eat when you are on the New Beverly Hills diet. Remember, with this diet there is no limit to what you can eat, but there is a limit to what you can eat with what. You have to eat proteins with proteins (and of course fats). When it's time to eat carbohydrates, you eat them with carbohydrates, and more fats. The fruit, however, you eat that alone. When you start your day on this diet, you start it off with a ton of fruit - everything from pineapple to watermelon. The great thing about this diet is that you can enjoy fruit as much as you want with no limit. Just note that you have to wait an hour before switching from one fruit to another. You also must wait two hours before switching from fruit to protein or carbohydrates.

There is one meal a day that you can have on this diet that is considered open. This means that you can eat as many carbohydrates with protein as you want. That is you can have your burgers with fries, or the shrimp with rice, that you are craving. If you are able to follow this plan, then you are going to be able to lose up to 15 pounds in just 35 days. That is a deal that you are not going to get with a lot of other plans. Not only that, but you are going to be able to lose the weight healthily and without straining your body.
