The Truth About Automated Recruiting Systems And Melaleuca

You may have already heard about automated recruiting systems that claim that they pave your road to wealth in an almost effortless way. Making more time for your family and for leisure is certainly appealing and if there really was a way to get something for practically nothing, wouldn't it at least be worth it to check out?

I want to share with you the real deal about these so called "no work" systems. The reality is that most people aren't getting wealthy. In fact, many of these systems prey on the newbie and inexperienced internet network marketer who doesn't know any better. With that in mind, there are some benefits to using an automated system, but there are still many things that you should know that the system doesn't provide.

You see claims posted everywhere on the internet. "Make $2,000/wk now! We'll build your Melaleuca business for you. No more selling or recruiting!" If building a business were that easy, I'm sure there would be more internet millionaires walking around but you and I both know that that's not reality. Ads and claims like these are just hype. The systems behind these claims really just lure people in thinking that they can get rich quick without any effort. Now here's a reality check. People who participate in these "no work" systems will lose money and continue to lose money because it's all a scam designed to part you with your money.

There are so many outrageous claims floating around in the internet that appeal to people who believe that wealth and success can be bought for $179. People like these buy into ads that say that their downline will be built and managed for them. They believe that time is of the essence and that they are going to miss the boat because there are hundreds of downline waiting to join their business. These ads really just hone in on elements of pride, greed and laziness and those things won't build your business!

Let's get our head out of the clouds and find out why we really get paid in our business or in any business for that matter. In the ads we just looked at, why would someone want to pay us for doing absolutely nothing? You don't need to sell or recruit or even manage your own business. Would you pay someone for sitting in your business doing nothing? Probably not! On the other hand, you get paid in your Melaleuca home based business because you provide the human element in the business. You're the connection between the company's product and future sales force and when you produce, that's when you get paid.

Here's the thing, an automated recruiting system is a great tool for building a successful business, but is completely useless all by itself. You, a real live human being are the missing piece that completes the puzzle. Your personal communication, interaction, and mentoring is the glue that holds an organization together. Network marketing and the Melaleuca business is based on building good relationships with people. Whether it's with your retail customers, downline distributors, or even your Melaleuca, Inc. sponsors, this human element is something that an automated system will never accomplish.

So you're really getting paid to manage an organization, help your downline succeed, rally the troops when morale is low, and develop leaders that will duplicate your efforts. Every Melaleuca.com distributor is different and is going to need individual guidance and direction in their path to success. It takes a human being to do this.

Build your business right! Despite all of what we talked about, an automated recruiting system should still be a part of your business. The point I want you to see is that you can't just rely on it entirely to build your business. To build a solid business, you have to get involved in building your MLM Melaleuca business or else you'll wind up with a revolving door - people come in, people leave. An automated recruiting system may be the reason people come into your business, but you are ultimately the reason they stay and succeed!
