Of course the appearance of it won't be enough to keep them coming back. You will need to balance both aspects to have a terrific business that will continually draw a crowd. If you take the time to offer a very appealing bed & breakfast, you will be able to benefit from it. People don't want to stay at a place that looks run down and not cared for.
