It might have been a long time since you have searched for jobs in property management. You could have been affected by lay-offs. Or, you might just be ready for a new job. No matter why you're looking for a new job, you should utilize your connections, be proactive and get into a position that you want and are going to be happy in. Where should you start?

And finally, a positive recommendation from somebody within the corporation is good for you and your resume.

Putting your feelers out there will be a benefit to you.
