Antihistamines - This medicine is used for allergies and might also reduce the noise caused by this condition in a lot of people. Cardiovascular (Heart) medications work to alleviate symptoms of tinnitus by increasing blood flow throughout the body. *Anticonvulsant Medication - This is usually used to help avoid seizures, but it might help to reduce symptoms of tinnitus in some individuals. Prior to seeing your physician to treat tinnitus, it would be good to find the reason for your condition. Tinnitus can come from many things. Other solutions to medical treatments for tinnitus are homeopathic remedies and things you can do to at home to make the severity of your tinnitus more manageable. Many people don't think that medical treatment will help their tinnitus, or oppose taking medicine on principle. In cases like this, they might think about homeopathic medicine as another option for treatment.
