Dairy products are one of the main culprits for causing acne as well as further worsening your acne condition. Sometimes, for some people, it is the root for some severe acne issues. It's hard to believe, that "healthy" diet is one of the black sheep for causing adult acne. Milk is one of the most common dairy products, and milk normally comes from cows from lactating. After lactated, the milk will consist of hormones produced by cow during pregnancy. If there's no pregnancy, there will be no milk available. So hormones we get from the cows would comes with the milk we drink in one package. Now you know that when we drink milk, our hormones level will increase. Therefore it would cause hormonal changes which would than cause acne. Diary products also contains iodine, which will also cause acne. For some very unlucky cases, diary products triggers the patients skin allergies, resulting in serious severe acne. If you think that you have skin allergies with diary products, you could do an experiment to see whether the main cause of your acne is because of allergies to dairy products by reducing your diary products intake. For most people, milk and dairy product is where they source for vitamin and minerals, especially for calcium. If you reduce your dairy product intake, do remember to replace the vitamins and minerals loss from elsewhere. Some other good sources you can get minerals is calcium supplement, to ensure ensure that your body is function normally.
