An Indian 5G testbed is to be established at Madhya Pradesh’s Army School of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Expertise, Madras (IIT-M).
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the matter was signed between the MCTE and IIT-M at a perform in Chennai on Monday. The testbed will enable the Indian Military to utilise 5G know-how for its operational use, particularly alongside the borders.
